steamed sea bass filets with ginger-soy-lemon sauce
another of my contributions to the brother’s grad party. made this on the fly so no recipe for this one, but super easy!  i steamed the fish with banana leaves, then made the sauce separately in a skillet. sauteed some finely sliced onions, garlic, and julienned ginger and then added the following:
soy sauce
fresh lemon juice
green onions
the juices that came from the fish (since i used foil and banana leaves, i was able to collect them)
sugar to taste
cook down to reduce liquid until desired consistency. careful not to make the sauce too overpowering b/c sea bass meat is delicate. mmm, sea bass is my most favorite fish EVER!
