TODAY, April 26, 2012! Dining Out for Life is a nation-wide annual fundraiser that benefits AIDS service organizations. Participating restaurants donate a percentage of your check to a local organization. In 2011, the event raised over $198,000!! Over 180 restaurants are participating throughout the state of Minnesota. The DO4L website has been down all morning, for Twin Cities folks, here is a .pdf of participating Minneapolis-St. Paul establishments. For people outside of the TC, you’ll have to do some internet searching on your own :)

Support the Twin Cities Runoff @FEASTMpls, this Saturday, 6pm, Intermedia Arts Center
What is the Twin Cities Runoff, you ask? It is a new progressive online magazine covering Twin Cities culture set to officially launch in Fall 2010. I feel very excited to be a part of this project with an awesome group of folks who share the vision of in-depth coverage of the intricacies of this vibrant, diverse community.
The Runoff is just getting off the ground, and it needs all the support of anyone who shares the love of the Twin Cities! You can help out by attending the FEAST-Minneapolis event this Saturday, 6pm at the Intermedia Arts Center. Attendees get a chance to vote for one of four projects which will be funded by the event’s proceeds (generated by the donation at the door, which includes an awesome meal prepared by FEAST volunteers!).
