As you can see, I have problems making decisions, and I really like nuts.

Every lick of the Salted Caramel ice cream at Bi-Rite Creamery (in the Mission District of San Francisco, my favorite neighborhood) is worth the hype. Yes, I am prone to hyperbole. But, really - Chowhound had it right when they called it the “perfect ice cream flavor.” The flavor is deep and complex with the perfect balance of creamy sweetness and burnt sugar. I thought to myself, “This is an adult’s ice cream.” The bottom scoop of vanilla with toffee and white chocolate chips (I think) was alright, but if I were go to back - two scoops of salted caramel, please.
